Measuring RHR(Resting Heart Rate) is one of the best ways to measure the strength of your heart. The heart pumps an average of 5 liters of blood in a minute after every 72 beats. If our heart is strong this work can be done in less than 72 beats. This says that a low resting heart rate is an indication of higher stroke volume of our heart which represents a strong heart. The lower the RHR the stronger the heart is. This can be achieved by regular and intense cardio exercises. Join us in our HIIT cardio session through Xoom to get a stronger heart, lose fat, and be fit.
